Request a Meeting Room


Prescott Public Library is pleased to make our meeting facilities available for use by the community.

Before requesting meeting rooms for the first time, please read our Meeting Room Use Policy and submit a completed Meeting Room Application to the Meeting Room Coordinator at least seven days in advance of the date requested.

Use of library meeting rooms or other facilities by any person, candidate, group or organization does not constitute or imply the endorsement, recommendation, or favoring of the City of Prescott, or any of its officials, employees or contractors acting on its behalf.

The library’s meeting room capacities are approximate with people seated in chairs.

Users are responsible for the set up and clean up of the room.

The following equipment is available upon request for some meeting rooms. Please be aware that room capacities limit the ability to add chairs to some rooms. Please contact the Meeting Room Coordinator for more information or if equipment training is necessary.

Wireless Internet (WiFi) access is available throughout the library.

Upon review of the User Application, a notice of approval or denial will be emailed to the requestor. If approved, the requested date will be entered in the online reservation system and, for reservations requiring payment, a Meeting Room Invoice will be emailed to the requestor. Note: A confirmed reservation is required in order to use the meeting room. If payment is required, please make checks payable to Prescott Public Library.
