Art Days for Kids

Monthly, Fourth Fridays at 2 pm

Art Days for Kids introduces children (ages 6-10) to renowned artists and styles and provides them with the materials and support to create their own masterpieces. Location: Founders Suite A & B

Art Days for Kids is presented by the Prescott Art Docents, a volunteer organization dedicated to sharing a love of art.

Busy Builders

Monthly, Second Saturdays at 9:30 am

Busy Builders encourages caregivers and children (ages 3-7) to engage in the joy of play through building. Each month features optional guided activities, and participants are always welcome to imagine and build their own creations. LEGOs and Mega Blox will be provided for in-library use. Location: Founders Suite A

Family Yoga

Monthly, Third Saturdays at 10:30 am

Find your flow at Family Yoga! Join Miss Tanna for simple, kid-friendly yoga poses and breathing exercises. Bring your own mat, towel, or blanket. Geared for families with children ages 3-9. No fee or registration required. Location: Founders Suite A & B

LEGO Club for Kids

Monthly, Second Wednesdays at 4 pm

LEGO Club for Kids brings children (ages 7-12) together to design and build cool creations at the library! Each month will feature a design challenge, and participants are always welcome to create their own original masterpieces. LEGOs will be provided for in-library use. Location: James Room

Outdoors Explorers

Monthly, Third Wednesdays at 4 pm

Outdoors Explorers is an interactive, nature-based program for children (ages 8-12). Each month introduces a new topic or experience, including everything from bugs to mindfulness to rainwater collection and incorporates principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) to help children learn more about the natural world. Location: James Room

The Write Spot

Monthly, Last Wednesdays at 4 pm

The Write Spot is a writing club for tweens and teens (grades 5-9) that offers tips, outside-of-the-box exercises, and the opportunity to talk with other like-minded writers. Explore genres, writing styles, and fancy words while you grow as a writer in this collaborative club. Location: James Room
