A Library of Things is a collection of items that expand the boundaries of traditionally defined library materials. The collection supports lifelong learning and access to technology to increase the quality of life for our community.
All items in the Library of Things are available for checkout. You must have a Yavapai Library Network card in good standing to checkout any of the items. Items must be picked up and returned to the Ask a Librarian Desk at Prescott Public Library. Most items require you to be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID. Prescott Public Library has several items that can be checked out for use within the library. This includes laptops, Android, Galaxy, and iOS chargers, SD card readers, bike locks, and chess sets. You must have a valid library card to check out items. To check out a laptop you must be over 18 and have a government issued photo ID. These items are for in library use only. Please visit the Ask a Librarian Desk on the 2nd floor of the library to check out any of these items.
