As we wrap up the library’s 2021 Summer Reading Program, library staff want to give a big shout-out to our incredible Friends of the Prescott Public Library, a group of library volunteers and supporters who generously fund so many of the wonderful programs and services enjoyed by our community! Here are just some of the great projects they support:
- Summer Reading Program– Incentives, Books, Arts and Crafts, Special Performances
- StoryWalk® at Granite Creek Park
- Youth Book Clubs– Provide free books to registered participants
- Author Visits to the Library and via Zoom
- Special Activities– Cookie House Decorating, Tea Party, Trick-or-Treat for Little Ones, Easter Egg Hunts
- National Library Week celebrations
- Prescott Area Imagination Library (PAIL)– an affiliate of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library
- Teen Advisory Group (TAG) Leadership
