Whether you’re new to technology or just need a refresher, Prescott Public Library has a variety of technology assistance options to answer your questions and build your confidence with your devices. Please visit the Ask a Librarian Desk or call 928.777.1526 with questions about any of these services.

Book-a-Librarian

The Book-A-Librarian service provides 30-45 minutes of one-to-one uninterrupted, personalized technology assistance with a librarian.

Drop-in Tech Help

Every Tuesday, 10 am – 12 pm, a tech savvy librarian will be available to answer your questions. You are welcome to bring your own laptop or mobile device or use a library laptop. This is a weekly, drop-in service and registration is not required.

DigitalLearn.org

If you are new to computers, haven’t used them for a while, are a little unsure and uncomfortable, or just need a bit of a refresher, DigitalLearn.org has the tools to help you tackle technology at your own pace and gain the confidence you need to succeed. Courses include basic computer skills, job skills, online safety, video conferencing and more!

GCFlearnfree.org

The GCFLearnFree.org program offers more than 200 topics, including more than 7,000 lessons, more than 1,000 videos, and more than 50 interactives and games, completely free. From Microsoft Office and email, to reading, math, and more!
