Yoga Nidra

Friday, January 24 at 1 pm— Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice, where individuals who previously have had trouble getting their mind to slow down, find this practice extremely beneficial. It has all of the benefits of meditation, plus it is a strong healing modality. Yoga Nidra gets the mind to slow, so that your body can heal itself. Instructor Lori Wallach has been teaching yoga for over 14 years, and has experience teaching all kinds of yoga, from power yoga to meditation.
