Do I need to make an appointment with a tutor?
No, you will not need an appointment to meet with a tutor. Every day, from 1 – 8 p.m., more than 3,000 tutors are available to help in over 60+ subjects, including Common Core curriculum. Once you start your live session, you will be connected to a live tutor within a few minutes.
Should I create a Tutor.com account?
A free Tutor.com account is recommended, but not required. A Tutor.com account allows you to access drop off services and test prep tools, review recordings of previous tutoring sessions, tag and reconnect with favorite tutors, and access all of the documents you’ve shared within your account.
Do I need a library card to use Tutor.com?
Yes. To connect to Tutor.com, you will need to enter your Prescott Public Library card’s barcode and four-digit PIN. If you already have a Prescott Public Library card and need help retrieving your PIN, please call 928.777.1537. If you’re new to Prescott Public Library, apply online for a Prescott Public Library student library card.
