Saturday, June 1, 1 p.m. — The Summer Reading programs for kids, teens and adults officially begin June 1, and children are invited to our special Blastoff Party! Let the “Universe of Stories” Summer Reading Program begin with an afternoon of fun activities and refreshments for families. Design your own cardstock rocket and join in an awesome group launch! This year’s official reading logs will be distributed for the very first time, and you can learn all about the great lineup of prizes, activities and events at the library this summer. We will also be happy to help you register for the program, if you have not done so already. For more information, stop by the Youth Services Desk or phone 928.777.1537. Adults, teens and kids can also register for the program online at https://ppl.azsummerreading.org.
