Prescott Public Library has a conference room and a large, fantastic meeting room for use by the community and visitors to Prescott. Located on the upper level of the library, the Upper Conference Room is equipped with a conference table, computer with large screen projection, dry erase board and telephone. Ideal for in person and virtual meetings, the Upper Conference Room is a convenient option for area nonprofit and for profit entities in need of meeting space.
The Founders Suite is for larger groups, and located on the lower level. Both sides of the Founders Suite can be combined for a gathering of up to 110 people. The Founders Suite can also be divided into two spaces. Founders Suite A can accommodate 65 and Suite B can accommodate 45.
