The Prescott Public Library seeks a Systems Librarian to join the Library Network Division team.  This Librarian will handle many elements of training and support for the Yavapai Library Network, a consortium of 42 libraries in Arizona's Yavapai County.
 
Prescott, Arizona is located a mile high in the Bradshaw Mountains.  The high altitude allows this thriving community to have four seasons without extreme temperatures.  Originally the capitol of Arizona, the City of Prescott is a very popular tourist destination and has been named several times as a great place to live and retire by Money Magazine and other publications.
 
The Prescott Public Library is located in beautiful downtown Prescott and is one of the busiest libraries (per capita) in Arizona.  PPL also enjoys a tremendous amount of community support and this support helped to expand and remodel the library in 2006.  If you have a desire to work in a trailblazing multi-type consortium that sustains many libraries throughout an entire county, creating new and innovative services while maintaining first rate support of existing services, this position could be just what you are looking for!
