Filmmaker Korinna Sehringer

PPL and Prescott Film Festival present Filmmaker Korinna Sehringer

Sehringer will talk about her journey as a filmmaker and her feature film, Shouting Secrets. In the past fifteen years Korinna Sehringer has worked on over 120 film and advertising productions in eighteen countries, primarily in Europe, North America and Asia. Sehringer’s production experience includes commercials, reality television, short and feature films, and documentaries.

Sehringer was one of the directors on the hit television show SURVIVOR in Malaysia. Additionally, she produced and directed the TV documentary ONE NATION: VOICES OF AMERICA on the subject of the 9/11 tragedy, another documentary on the European Union, and two documentaries on parents splitting their time between child care and work for Swiss National TV. In 2005 she worked on a mocumentary starring Gary Oldman and George Segal. In 2002, she shot a series of 2-hour interviews with A-list actors such as George Clooney, Hugh Grant, Robin Williams, Edward Norton and Minnie Driver.

This event is presented in partnership with Prescott Film Festival.

Shouting Secrets will be shown on Wednesday, January 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center.
